The reception of tenders proposals for MTR CORPORATION (00066.HK)'s Tung Chung East Station Package One Property Development project were closed at 2 pm today (18th). Five tenders were received, with CK ASSET (01113.HK), SINO LAND (00083.HK) and Nan Fung Group joining the tender. The Tung Chung East Station project, is located opposite to the Tung Chung East Station which is under construction. MTR CORPORATION “split” the project into phases and re-launched the project. A number of developers submitted Expression of Interest (EOIs) for the project earlier, including SHK PPT (00016.HK), HENDERSON LAND (00012.HK) and FE CONSORT INTL (00035.HK), etc..
