According to statistics from the Shenzhen Real Estate Intermediary Association, 1,714 second-hand homes (including self-service) were charted in Shenzhen during the 13th week of 2025 (March 24 to 30), marking a WoW decrease of 3.7%, the Shenzhen Special Zone Daily reported. The association opined that the recent demand in the second-hand housing market has slightly declined, while second-hand home records have shown minor fluctuations at high levels. Based on publicly available data on second-hand homes for sale, as of the end of March 2025, there were 71,590 active second-hand homes for sale in Shenzhen, representing an increase of 1,770 units from the previous week.
