according to a report by The Paper.

A new project in Guangzhou sold over 200 units on its opening day on September 27, and launched additional units on October 1, with over 100 units sold in three days, attracting over a thousand group of customer visits, according to Guangzhou Tianhe Release.

Since the National Day holiday, a property in Shenzhen's Longgang District posted a 40-50% surge in visitor and transaction volumes compared to regular days, SZTV reported.

From October 1 to 5, Hubei Province's real estate sales area increased by more than 10% compared to last year's holiday, with marked growth in Wuhan, Huangshi, Xianning, Xiaogan, and Shiyan, reflecting an uptick in real estate market, the report quoted the Hubei Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau as saying.

Separately, CHINA RES LAND (01109.HK)'s Chengdu Company released data showing that multiple projects were launched during this year's National Day holiday, with over 1,500 groups of visits and sales surpassing RMB500 million from October 1 to 5.
