China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) announced that, to implement the requirements outlined in the Announcement on Governing Disorderly Price Competition and Maintaining a Sound Market Price Order, it held a forum on Monday (24th) with relevant departments and industry associations to discuss the determination of costs associated with disorderly price competition, including the formulation of standards for identifying the costs of disorderly price competition.

Issues of disorderly price competition remain prominent in certain industries, according to the meeting. Some enterprises have not effectively implemented the requirements to regulate price competition behavior, and there are still actions that disrupt market price order.
